Two of the Nation’s Largest Independent Real Estate Service Providers Form Nation’s First Comprehensive Platform for Selling REO Properties

National Real Estate Information Services Partners with Howard Hanna Real Estate to form National Real Estate Asset Management

Pittsburgh, Pa. (February 19, 2008)—National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS), one of the country’s largest privately held vendor management companies, has announced their venture with Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, the nation’s 5th largest full-service real estate brokerage, called National Real Estate Asset Management (National AM). The new company, National AM, provides a comprehensive, end-to-end platform for managing and selling REO properties across the country.

National AM was formed with the objective to leverage Howard Hanna’s extensive real estate marketing experience with NREIS’ industry expertise in vendor management and property preservation to form the first partnership of its kind.
