National Real Estate Information Services Expands Commercial Real Estate and Mortgage Services

Pittsburgh, Pa. (Jan. 16, 2006)—In response to the growing interest in the company’s commercial real estate and mortgage services, National Real Estate Information Services (NREIS) has expanded its commercial services team to make title, collateral valuation, and settlement services available to all clients

As one of the largest and most experienced providers of real estate information products in the United States, National Real Estate has begun marketing commercial services, including environmental lien search services, to commercial lenders, environmental firms and investors throughout the country.

“The expansion of our commercial services is an important and exciting milestone for our company. While we have always offered real estate information products to the commercial sector, it hasn’t been a concentration,” said Michael Forgas, President/COO of National Real Estate.
